Marjorie Taylor Greene attacks Lauren Boebert. She calls her childish, and mocks the struggle she has to win reelection.

Marjorie Taylor Greene attacked Lauren Boebert Monday, calling her childish. “Greene was furious at Boebert’s refusal of her endorsement of Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House. Boebert referred to Greene’s famous Facebook post about “space lasers”, which she rejected.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, Georgia’s Republican Representative, attacked Lauren Boebert, a fellow MAGA Republican Rep. She accused her of engaging in petty feuding while taking aim at her narrow margin for re-election.

Greene was angered by a video of Boebert and Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk at their “AmericaFest” event.

Kirk asked Boebert, as well as Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz (also listed at the event), what they thought about Greene’s endorsement for Rep. Kevin McCarthy to become the next House speaker.

The idea was not liked by Boebert or Gaetz. Boebert, however, was more open to the idea than Gaetz.

Boebert stated, “Well, you know, I have been aligned to Marjorie and accused her of believing many of the same things that she believes.” “I don’t believe this, just as I don’t believe Russian space lasers, Jewish lasers, and all of that.”

This comment was made in reference to a 2018 Facebook post that Greene had written in which he speculated that lasers controlled both by politicians and Jewish bankers were responsible for the California wildfires of 2018.

Greene was not pleased and responded to Boebert with a tweet clip. She noted that the congresswoman “just barely made it through by 500 votes” in 2022 midterms, despite McCarthy’s support and Greene’s former President Donald Trump.

Boebert won an extremely close race to be elected as the third Congressional District representative in Colorado during the midterms.

It was close enough that a recount was required. This confirmed that she had won 546 votes.

Greene complained in her thread that Boebert did not endorse Trump or McCarthy despite the fact that she “gladly took our $$$” in being re-elected.”

“And she childishly put me under the bus because of a cheap sound bit,” Greene said, likely referring to Boebert’s “space lasers” quip.

In a third tweet, Greene stated that Americans expect conservative fighters to come together to save America.

Boebert didn’t immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment.

Boebert Greene, Gaetz and Gaetz, who all represent the far right side of the Republican Party, have been together for a long time. However, reports surfaced in April that there was a split between Greene, Boebert and Gaetz.

Politico reported that the pair got into a heated debate over Greene’s attendance, in February, of a white nationalist-organized event. According to the outlet Boebert doesn’t like being associated with Greene.
