US Military Strikes 75 ISIS Targets in Syria as Assad’s Government Falls

Continued US Presence in Syria

Despite Assad's departure, President Biden confirmed that the approximately 900 US troops stationed in Syria to combat ISIS will remain in the country to ensure stability and prevent the resurgence of the terrorist organization.
