Anthony Fauci stated that he doesn’t know what Elon Musk is talking to about the “Fauci Files.” “Fauci said that he had nothing to say to the billionaire on CBS News’ “The Takeout”. Musk teased that the files would be released after his criticisms of the medical expert.

After Elon Musk threatened to release the “Fauci Files”, Anthony Fauci claimed he had “no idea” about what Elon Musk was talking about.

Fauci stated on the CBS News podcast, “The Takeout”, that he doesn’t know what he was talking about. There’s a lot misinformation, conspiracy theories, and disinformation.

He said, “I don’t have anything to say to him.” He’s not understanding what I’m doing. It’s unfortunate.”

Twitter CEO Musk teased that the “Fauci Files,” a collection of previously criticized comments about the immunologist who served as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, would be released last Sunday. Musk tweeted, “Hope that you are having a great 1/2023!” It won’t be boring, that’s one thing for certain.

Musk’s comment was retweeted by a user who tweeted “Waiting …… to #FauciFiles.” Musk replied, “Later this Week.”

Musk made a slam of Fauci last month. He also resigned as White House chief medical adviser at the end 2022.

In an interview with Nature on December 13, Fauci stated that Musk’s comments “stirred a lot hate in people.” When asked if his safety was at risk, Fauci replied that it was. He also said that he has “armed federal agents with him all the time.”

Musk claimed last month that some Twitter employees had an internal Slack channel named “Fauci Fan club”. Musk posted a tweet saying that Twitter should change policy and “follow science,” which must include “reasonable questioning of science.”

Musk appointed journalists have been discussing controversies that have arisen from the so-called “Twitter Files.” These include internal discussions about the decision to ban ex-President Trump from Twitter after the Capitol riots of January 6, 2021.
